Kuala Lumpur, 28th June 2024, 13.39pm – Tropicana Corporation Bhd has partnered with Maybank to offer the Maybank MyDeco financing scheme.
This home financing solution allows Tropicana homeowners to combine Maybank MyDeco Financing with their current Maybank housing loan, providing an additional 30% margin of finance, or up to a combined total of 120% of the property value, capped at RM250,000. The financing term can extend up to 10 years, with an effective interest or profit rate starting as low as 4.4% per annum.
This facility is available as both a conventional loan and Islamic financing for existing Maybank and Maybank Islamic Home Financing customers.
The Maybank MyDeco financing scheme is available for Tropicana developments including Tropicana Aman, Tropicana Alam, Tropicana Gardens, and Tropicana Metropark.

Tropicana also announced that its homebuyers can benefit from the FL45H Deals campaign, which includes RM4,500,000 in total bonus rewards. The five developments involved are Tropicana Aman, Tropicana Metropark, Tropicana Gardens, Tropicana WindCity, and Tropicana Aman.
This campaign presents SPA signing incentives worth over RM45,000, along with 450 pieces of 24k gold coins to be given away. The developer will cover stamp duties, and furnishing packages are also included.
Additional rewards feature a prize giveaway upon SPA signing, with prizes like home electronics and small gadgets. Prospective buyers will benefit from 100% financing through this appealing package, which also includes complimentary home financing solutions and legal fees.
